Terms and Conditions
This agreement governs the purchase by you of the services and products we advertise through our different avenues, including our websites, mobile applications and telephone operators. Each avenue is controlled by Parking.aero Ltd.
Parking.aero Ltd acts as a booking agent only and therefore all responsibility and liability of your vehicle and belongings all lie with the hotel owner or hotel group the service is reserved with.
Please note: Photo identification of the person whose name is on the booking must be provided when checking in.
General Section
1. Parking.aero Ltd act as a third party agent for a number of different hotel operators and hotel groups (hereafter referred to as operator). Any reserved product is with the specific operator you book and therefore any contract is between you and them.
2. As we act as a booking agent we have no contractual liability for any service or product you require. However, we may still be liable to you if we have been negligent, we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law.
3. Resulting from point 1, most operators have their own additional terms and conditions governing the contract of purchasing their services and products. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before any reservation request is made. We can provide this if requested in writing by a letter or email to Parking.aero Ltd. We cannot provide terms and conditions of other parties over the telephone or on interactive chat.
4. All products and services we provide are an invitation to you to make an offer to our suppliers. Bookings made through the stayandfly.ie website generate booking vouchers automatically upon completion of payment. A booking however is not a guaranteed place. We may cancel a booking if the operator advises that they are not able to fulfil this booking. A full refund will be given in this circumstance.
5. Any queries or concerns relating to a product should be addressed to the operator. Contact information is provided automatically through email when a reservation request is placed through any of our avenues.
6. Directions and parking procedures: Please make sure you have directions to the operator or instructions for the service you have booked, as well as the operator’s telephone number, and details for checking in or checking out of the hotel or car park. It is your responsibility to obtain valid directions before departing - any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from your failure to obtain valid directions will not be refunded by Parking.aero Ltd.
7. If you are charged a higher price than that confirmed on your booking voucher by the operator because you do not follow the correct entry or exit procedures or do not present your booking voucher, Parking.aero Ltd will not be able to obtain refunds on your behalf.
8. Transfers to and from the airport may be included in the Parking.aero Ltd prices but please check the car park details listed on the website or contact Parking.aero Ltd before placing your booking to confirm this.
9. If reserving through a third party such as a tour operator or travel agent, you may be bound to additional terms and conditions and Parking.aero Ltd are not liable or bear no responsibility to these. By placing a reservation, through a third party, you are implying that you fully understand their terms and conditions.
10. Parking.aero Ltd keeps the right to retain your payment card details until 7 days after your arrival date. In the event of a non arrival on the date and time in the booking reservation, Parking.aero Ltd is permitted to pass your details to the operator in order for them to take payment in accordance to their terms and conditions.
11. High-sided or unusually wide vehicles: Not all car parks can accommodate oversize vehicles, vans, campervans etc. or there may be an extra charge. Please check with Parking.aero Ltd before booking.
12. As Parking.aero Ltd deal with a multitude of operators and numerous price and information change requests, occasionally, there are mistakes on the site. For example a change may cause the price for a product or service or other details displayed being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that reservation with no liability to the you, the operator or the Parking.aero ltd.
Cancellations / Amendments
1. If you have to cancel or amend your reservation, any request will be carried out under the terms and conditions of the hotel you reserved. This will be provided by email with the rest of the reservation details once a reservation is placed.
2. If the cancellation policy is not displayed within your confirmation email you must informed Parking.aero Ltd in writing at least 72 hours prior to the expected check in time/date. All cancellations will not be subject to any charge from Parking.aero Ltd. However hotels may have a penalty or cancellation fee for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
3. All prices quoted are based on the prices supplied from an operator. Any payments taken through our website and booking reservations avenues are VAT inclusive. Where only a deposit is taken and a balance is due when you arrive at the operator, this balance may be subject to local taxes.
4. Prices stated are on per room, per night basis with parking included between the dates stated on the reservation.
5. Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may possibly not represent the actual room described.
6. Breakfast will not be included unless stated otherwise.
9. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and availability, some errors might still occur. Once aware of such incidents we will make all reasonable effort to advise you within 48 business hours of the booking being made. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all monies paid, and this will be without any liability to you.
10. If the supplier cancels or amends your reservation after the booking has been made, we will advise you as soon as possible. Should the supplier be unable to fulfil your hotel reservation, you will have the choice of accepting an offered alternative or cancelling your reservation with a full refund of all monies paid. In cases where the supplier is unable to provide an alternative, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund.

Our website contains hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties Parking.aero Ltd does not control such websites and will not be responsible for their content or for any breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third parties, which results in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your companions. Parking.aero Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy of opinions express in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Parking.aero Ltd. Inclusion of any linked website on our site does not imply or constitute approval or endorsement of the linked website by Parking.aero Ltd. If you decide to leave our web site to access these third party sites, you do so at your own risk. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of websites operated by third parties will apply to you while on such sites. (a) your breach of these terms, conditions and notices or the documents referenced herein;
(b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
(c) your use of this web site.
5. No Unlawful or Prohibited use
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to Parking.aero Ltd, that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
