
Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with my stay in Metro Hotel Dublin due to the fact that I booked and paid on-line for 2 full Irish Breakfasts for Tuesday Morning 17th May 2011. But when arrived in breakfast room no hot breakfast being served; got Continential Breakfast - ok. I expected to be refunded; I have informed the receptionist but have heard nothing yet. Looking forward to hearing from you asap as I will be going on holidays again this year and would like to stay in your hotel again. Your room was lovely and we were very pleased with the park and ride facility. Thanking you and looking forward to hearing from you .

We are very sorry that you were deprived of a cooked breakfast during your recent stay at the hotel. There appears to have been a misunderstanding between ourselves and the hotel management as regards the availability of hot cooked breakfasts when you travelled. However, we are assured that the situation has now been rectified and there is a choice of traditional cooked breakfast or continental on offer to customers.
We regret the disappointment you experienced and will refund the difference in price between the cost of 2 cooked breakfasts and 2 continental breakfasts to your payment card.
The management at the Metro also offer their sincere apologies and would like to offer you a free breakfast next time you book in.
