
We were very pleased with the service offered to us. One little thing it wasn't obvious from website that it would be advisable to book the shuttle bus when booking your stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given our room number, we booked an alarm call for the morning. When we got to the room the door wouldn't open so we were changed to a different room. The alarm call was logged to the other room, thank God for mobile phone alarms!
